All your orders will be shipped from our stocks in Vienna/Austria. It will take about 5-7 days for the order to arrive in Austria and Germany and around 10-14 days for the EU. Global shipments will vary between 14-21 days.

The Buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report obvious defects to the Seller in writing within 7 days. Hidden defects must be reported immediately after their discovery. For return and/or refund of the product it should be sent back to the Seller within 14 days.
Restocking will be done at no additional cost and can take up to 21 days.
